Join us for an enchanted night surrounded by New Orleans tradition and history. Bottinelli Place is a private street on the Canal Streecar Line created from 200,000 quartz stones from northern Italy, a design feat undertaken so that the street would resemble the ones Teodoro Bottinelli remembered from his native Italy. The space sits among a complex of buildings, embellished with preserved artifacts from the 19th and early 20th century. The entire space sits at the intersection of two cemeteries. For more on the history of the buildings and adornments, see the Blake Ponchartrain article here.
The bottom floor of a lofty brick structure that opens up to Bottinelli Place. Topped by two spires from the old Temple Sinai on Carondelet, our Temple also features a large wooden and mirrored bar, a chandelier that hangs into the center of the space, and cobblestone flooring with the same hand-installed fan design found in the street.
